Fun way to spend a birth day!

I decided after watching my daughters drive go carts . . .

And watching their cousin A . . . slowly . . . and cautiously . . . drive go karts, that when the time comes for all these children to actually be licensed at the same time, our girls can ride with A anywhere they want to, but they will NEVER be allowed to drive themselves :)

This one especially, go speed racer!

My video of this moment is adorable, little pigtails was bopping and dancing, all four of them were singing and rocking out to "Rock and Roll all Night, and Party Every Day!" :)

 Glowy golfing, funness!

Hey Caelan, could you PLEASE strike a pose, just for once???? Ha!

Tried, and tried to get a good pic of his bowling stance for Uncle Larry :)

Brennen's jump shot version wasn't much better :)

And for their first time bowling, who says you have to stop at the white line . . . much less START there! :) Ha!

Science is Fun!

What was supposed to be a fun day out, really turned into a informational school day (and they didn't even notice!) Highlights: my son interacting with a gigantic metal globe that sent static through his body to blow packing peanuts off of his opposite hand, getting to eat our packed lunch in the center's lunchroom (score), and Gab learning that if she puts her hands on the electric globe it will make her Sketchers light up! How cool! We also got to ride the freight elevator (because the regular elevator was broken--it was kind of like the trash compactor scene in Star Wars as the wall opened and a cage lifted up . . . :) The kids pretty much got to be the only participants in every science experiment and "class" because they were the only ones there that morning, and that was super cool! Our little weekday buddy E was so good, and he had a blast discovering EVERY SINGLE ball in the ENTIRE building :) And then hiding them in unusual places, ha!

Can you spot the "mystery" person in the photo above? :) My camera skills didn't help his trying to hide in the picture, but be close at hand in case a camel rescue was necessary for the little one :)

Not intimidated by the giant whirling, buzzing, crazy colored wall AT ALL!

But just barely tall enough to reach the plastic balls :)

So tired that he fell asleep during the reptile show . . . can you tell what he was doing right before he fell asleep?? :)
Ha! His little hand still holding the gold fish in his snack cup, luv it!

Little Bit of Misc.

As you saw in the Nerf-covered table photo . . . Uncle C hooked the boys up this Christmas with Nerf galore. Here's a hint of the battery-powered aftermath (if the photo was just a bit higher, you could see the orange Nerf dart stuck in my light fixture that is too high to reach without some sort of assistance :)

He can barely hold the thing, but that doesn't stop him from trying and having a great time doing it :)

 Victory Dance!

Cae rocking the Auntie J purple sparkle dress :)

Chauncey says, "Thanks for my Christmas Card Grandma Judi, it was very yummy!"

Christmas Break Puzzles (Buck says I'm addicted to puzzles . . . is that possible? :)

Colorado

We took the world's fastest--and slowest--trip to Colorado for Buck's stepmom's memorial service. I say fastest, because it took...
