June? Was That You???

It feels as though the June we just mad-dashed through deserves a bit of a placeholder on the blog. I'm having trouble even typing on this suddenly unfamiliar keyboard; my fingers can't find the right keys! I am planning to go back and put some meat on the bones of these few words, but perhaps as a reminder to myself . . .

--New job for me

--New job for G$

--Dental surgery for Buck

--Big boss walks for Buck

--Wild trip to Africa x 3

--Father's Day return and dinner with the Crew

--Baseball games with Mr. M

--Grandma J flies into town!

--Farm visit

--Graduation party weekend!

--Family dinner after the party

--Floods and storms

--More dental surgery for Buck

--Golfing in the lightning

--More big boss walks for Buck

--Packing up the newlyweds + dinner & cookies

--Pizza party and movies

--G$ buys another car

--Olive in diapers (two weeks too late)

--More packing, moving, and cleaning at the newlyweds'

--Our house and driveway fill to capacity

--A lovely evening memorial for Mr. R with our beautiful family

Goodness! Well, that's a lot to catch up on. July began with fireworks in the neighborhood, returning Grandma J to her home state, and Buck's neck turning to fire needles, so he can't sleep (and the shot in his tushie only helped for a few hours). We got our mower back (after about a month), the newlyweds are heading here from visiting Noah's fam to spend the rest of the week with us and their belongings (lol), and yesterday I rewrote an article and made 40 + calls (because no one is going to be around this weekend, and we are going to be pretty busy next week).

So here comes July! If you see June, tell her Hi! We hope to catch up sometime soon :)

Yowza...that's a long list of things done in June!

Colorado

We took the world's fastest--and slowest--trip to Colorado for Buck's stepmom's memorial service. I say fastest, because it took...
