Adorably Ugly
The baby chickens are in their "teenage" phase, and I don't think that in itself makes them ugly, because I know some very lovely teenagers, but they are growing so quickly and all their baby fluff is falling out to be replaced by real feathers. Thus the half-feathered, half-fluffed bird-kind aren't looking so cute, ha! We decided to give them upstairs apartment access and once they figured out they could actually go back down the ramp to their food, water, and friends, the frantic "HELP HELP HELP" cheeping toned down. Birds, they're hilarious :)
