It's a Process
Getting the deer from field to freezer takes a good bit of work! This round took a couple of days. Gabby and Graysen were the "pick the fur out of the meat" quality control team, while Buck chunked the big pieces into small for grinding with pork. Gabby did quite a bit of the grinding as well (we use our KitchenAid grinder attachment :) The rest of us were trying to get through a virtual mountain of school work. I'll include that picture too, ha!
