Spreading Christmas Cheer

The three oldest kids presented their first of three homeschool choir concerts in a local nursing facility. It was such a nice place! They all did a nice job and generated a lot of smiles and applause from their wheel-chair and walker-assisted audience. Two more performances to go! I think they'd do more if they could :)

The concert included a fairly lengthy scripture reading and the choir director pointed the audience toward Christ while explaining the songs she'd chosen; I hadn't thought of this as an outreach to men and women nearing their final point of consideration, but that's what it turned out to be! Super cool!

The older choir sings a song with the elementary school choir (which Graysen decided not to rejoin; he's holding out for teen choir :) It's very sweet and special to hear all those voices combined in song!

Nice job; I'm sure the music was enjoyed by all....for such a small group, they really have nice blending of voices; I'm impressed!
