It is time to build this . . .
Lego Block fortification :) These giant blocks are surprisingly versatile in every day life situations--like baby chickens suddenly finding themselves on your brand new carpet and totally panicking because the world looks suddenly strange . . . These little boogers can fly (and run VERY fast)!
Our next step is to retrieve the dog kennel from the barn, just as soon as it stops raining. They can't fly out of that! Maybe they can escape the wire door in the front, but they can't fly out :)
